Return Policy
Custom orders and discounted items (Final Sale) cannot be exchanged or returned.
If an item was purchased at full price and its price is reduced within 7 days of receiving your order, you may request a price adjustment by presenting the original receipt.
A refund or store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected, provided that the item is:
In its original condition
Unused
In its original packaging
The original receipt or order number must be included with the return.
All returns or exchanges must be shipped using a reliable shipping service with a tracking number. Please keep the tracking number until your return has been confirmed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is also responsible for any charges related to unclaimed or undeliverable packages.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2–3 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.
